Monday (July 20th)

 

VIDEO #1 (Time lapse)

  • 10-9-8’s (Jumping jacks, squats, butt kicks, jump in place with hands over head)

  • Jog in place for 30 seconds 

  • High knees for 30 seconds

  • Butt kicks for 30 seconds

  • 20 squats 

  • Hold squat for 10 seconds

  • 20 crunches 

  • 20 bicycle twists 

  • 20 leg lifts

VIDEO #2 (Regular video)

  • 3 toe touches 

Tuesday (July 21st)

 

VIDEO #1 (Time lapse)

  • Jog in place for 45 seconds 

  • High knees for 45 seconds

  • Butt kicks for 45 seconds 

  • 25 squats 

  • Hold squat for 15 seconds 

  • 25 crunches 

  • 25 bicycle twists 

  • 25 leg lifts

Wednesday (July 22nd)
